The site will ensure that there are single versions of documents and that actions and issues are tracked. It will also contain information on services available and guidance to support early help.
The three main elements are:
Early Help Assessment Information: Information and guidance that will make it easier for you to complete an Early Help Assessment which includes a tool to request involvement/support from other services/agencies.
Virtual Meeting Room: A secure online area, which requires a login. This will allow multi-agency professionals to share and collaborate on documents as well as plan and co-ordinate actions which will be particularly helpful when working as part of a ‘Team Around the Child’.
Who’s Who directory: Making it easy to search for other professionals who work with children, young people and families. It provides a list of local key worker contact details that can offer advice and support. This will make sure we can provide the right service, at the right time, by the right people, the first time.
